This year we decided to invest some time and money into the property making it more accessible for larger units while making it more secure by putting a gate at the top.

We started by removing the sharp drop-off at the top of the driveway, plus we filled in the bottom of the driveway making it easier to maneuver.

Next we removed all the rocks that were sticking up above the ground, and leveled it out.

We moved the campfire / picnic area to the back of the property approximately in the center allowing you to look over the units to see the lake.

Then new gate at the property is made of 7/8 cable with a lock box in the center. The cable is drilled and set into the rock to keep unwanted visitors out.
